It's high time the government have to take the responsibility for saving the small investors. Normally the government will never take any such responsibility if it has no financial loss hitting the finance ministry. Only way the government will be responsible and more active is to introduce laws which will force the government to compensate for the small investors lossess with immediate effect so that they donot go bankrupt. Then the government should proceed to recoup the same from the auditors and the the management. Let the method of loss calculation be decided by the government. You are right.
